An Iraqi potential company is interested to receive a quotation from a well-known Korean manufacturer for the supply of DC and slip ring motors according to the following:
1) Prices:
- Quotation should be submitted by the name of our company to the end user (Governmental Sector).
- The goods should be CIF Um Qaser port, Iraq.
- Offer validity: five months from the closing date of the tender.
- Shortest delivery time.
- Shipment weight and packing dimensions.
- Confirmed certificate of origin.
- Packing list.
- Bill lading.
- Inspection certificate issued by a third party like SGS or loyds.
- ISO certificate
- Providing catalogues, brochures and detailed technical specifications for the offered items.
- Warranty for one year from the date of shipping.
2) Payment:
Irrevocable and confirmed L/C payable (100%), will be opened at first class bank by our company in favour of your esteemed company and be released as follows:
- After (60 - 90) days from the date of the shipping, if not :
- Against reaching the goods in the destination port agreed.
- Against presentation of shipping documents and the prices FOB.
