CURRENT TRANSFORMERS 66KV (Deadline August 24, 2005)
1- Bid bond is EURO /500/ only five hundred EYRO for foreign bidder and /30000/ only thirty thousand Syria pound for local bidder.
2- Final bond: 5% from the contract value.
3-Final date for accepting offer is on 24/8/2005
4-The price:
- For foreign bidder: tiered FOB and C&F Lattakia or Tartous
-For local bidder: delivery ALHASAKE FIELDS Stores
5-Supplying during:
-For foreign bidder:/4/ months FOB and /6/months C&F
-For local bidder:/30/days delivery ALHASAKE FIELDS Stores
6- Binding of the offer: /180/ days from deadline date.
7- The order: unable dividing
Article/11/, clause /1/ from law NO.51 of 2004 according financial and lawful tender book
Tender Book may be bought from the administration building against /50/dollar for foreign bidder and /2500/ Syrian Pound for local bidder. The payment by the company L/C in the commercial bank of Syria branch/1/ - Damascus. And in case the bidder does not offer the buying voucher as proof to buying the tender book, the offer will be denied.
NOTE: Nominating Bidder\'s Agent: it is obligatory for any bidder to nominate his registered Commercial Agent in Syria for his offer, in case his Company is awarded the Contract, according to the stipulation of both Decrees No 151 of the year 1952 and its amendment and No 15 of the year 2001. This Document is considered as a necessary condition to sign the Contract.
