기존집진기는 설계,제작,납품까지 3달이 걸렸으나 ㈜한성더스트킹은 표준화된 모듈 방식을 개발해 48시간 이내에 납품이 가능토록 하였다. 특히 필터설치를 기존 수직에서 수평으로 설계하여 작업자의 편이성과 안전성을 높였고, 일대일 펄싱으로 탈진효율을 증가시켰으며, 고품질의 부품을 사용하여 집진성능을 향상시켰다. 종전제품에 비해 설치 면적은 절반, 설치 공간 체적은 1/5로 줄어들었으며 가격은 종전 제품의 70%선에 불과하다. |
Dust Collector
While the conventional dust collectors require 3 months for design, manufacturing and assembly, we made it possible to ship a dust collector in 48hours through manufacturing and assembly of standardized modules.
Especially, the design change from vertical installation of the filter to the horizontal installation method and selection of an aluminum header instead of the blow tube are heightened worker's conveniece&safety and by 1:1 pulsing increased exhastion efficiency and improved dust collecting efficiency by using high qualited part. Compared to a conventional one, the size gets 50% smaller in the area and 20% smaller in the volume. |
