한국중부발전은 2001년 설립 이후 지속적으로 발전해왔습니다.

KOMIPO promotes the development of our national economy, and to provide the essential benefits in people's lives, after setting up our vision of 'Global Top Class Energy Company'. The business territory of the company is not only by producing and supplying good quality electricity, which is the basic business of the power company, but also by accelerating the development of power resources and the entrance to the overseas power market such as Indonesia and Lebanon for the sustainable growth of the company.
KOMIPO has taken the initiative towards creating jobs and positively contributed to resolve the unemployment of our youth, which has been a nationwide problem. KOMIPO provides applicants with the opportunity to join the company by cutting out the limitation, regarding their educational background and their age, in order to make the application process easier. In addition, KOMIPO aims to open the right horizon of our society, through the improvement of our system.
The company has intensified the environmental management system by developing technology to improve energy efficiency and to reduce greenhouse gases in order to correspond to the dangers of climate change that the earth has been facing.
