Dongnam Petroleum produces and supplies basic material for industries such as globally competitive electrical insulating oil, machine oil and wax.
Dongnam Petroleum is putting effort in the development of environment-friendly products as a leader in chemical industry.
In 2007, Dongnam Petroleum developed the first vegetable electrical insulating oil for power transformer in Korea. We was certified by Korea Electric Power Corporation as an Excellent New Product Developing Company and also obtained the new product certificate, NEP. |

Electric Insulating Oil : Dong nam Petroleum Ind. Co., Ltd. is producing electric
insulating oil for high voltage (765kV) by developing and applying a high degree of
purification technique which can lead to a miniaturization and weight lightening of
the high-voltage transformer.
Environment Friendly-Electric Insulating Oil : This is a non-toxic and environmentally
friendly product with excellent biodegradability and is safe against fire thanks to
excellent heat-resistant and less-flammability properties and can be used for a long
time due to excellent dielectric strength and thermal stability and low
deterioration characteristic over time. |
